I can’t help but smile when I think about Hasti and Michel’s wedding that we shot last weekend. It was a joyful, energetic day with two incredibly loving families coming together to celebrate their wedding with its beautiful Iranian traditional elements with Hasti and Michel’s own personal touches added in. With the lawyer jokes coming in from all sides, their hilarious and self-deprecating sense of humor, and their unmistakable deep love for their families and friends – the tone of the day was lighthearted right from the start, even with the threat of rain looming over us. Welcomed with open arms from the very start of the day, Tim and I enjoyed ourselves so much at their wedding – laughing and getting emotional with everyone else.
