Tim and I did the pre-wedding shoot with this delightful couple last Friday evening. Stephane and Marjolaine were apart for months recently while she was on a missions trip in Africa. It was so evident how much they had missed each other and how much they are looking forward to starting their lives together – so beautiful to see and capture!
The shoot took place downtown Montreal, starting up on Guy street. We walked along Sherbrooke at a leisurely place and ended the session on McGill campus. Along the way, the skies darkened and it started to pour, but luckily we ducked into the nearby Musee des Beaux-Arts, and got some awesome shots after persuading museum security while we waited for the rain to end. There was a band rehearsing for some function later that night, and so Stephane and Marjolaine got their groove on, right at the landing on the staircase:
