Since we were in town for Dave and Joanie’s wedding this past weekend, we did the pre-wedding photoshoot with Andrew and Nameera on Sunday morning (yes…the day after the wedding!) We met up with them at the Evergreen Brickworks in the Don Valley, which is the site of an old brick factory next to a ravine, which is being converted into an environmentally-based community centre. Except on that Sunday morning…it was practically empty except for a few hard-core hikers and bikers willing to take on the sweltering heat. Still, the site made for a fantastic backdrop for the ridiculously good-looking (as Derek Zoolander would say) Andy and Nameera. They were incredibly patient despite the blazing heat while we took our shots, and were so very cute together. Some of our favorites from the shoot:
I just love this portrait of them….fierce!
And Tim really digs this shot….taken with his new love, the 35 mm f1.4 L.
We’ll be back in TO at the end of July for their wedding….looking forward to it!
