So, the cool thing about doing these pre-wedding shoots is that often times we get to see our awesome-tastic city of Montreal in a different way, and on occasion we get to discover a new part of the city we’ve never been to before! Brent and Helene suggested to do their pre-wedding shoot at the Parc René-Lévesque out in the borough of Lachine. Its a park that is located in a peninsula that juts out into the St-Laurent river and also home to a eclectic collection of sculptures and permanent art installations.
Brent and Helene were totally sweet and patient even as tons of flies swarmed around them as we set up shot after shot (the downside to being right next to the water). We thought they were quiet and demure but before long their goofy side came out! We had a fun time shooting with them, here’s a few faves from the session:
No we didn’t bring those chairs….just another part of the permanent art collection at the park:
Brent & Helene: Thanks for fun time and showing us another great part of Montreal – looking forward to your wedding in a few months!
