“Please eat!” I was told, multiple times in its several variants over the course of the day. If there’s one thing Italians, Greeks and the Chinese have in common, its the love of food. And great hospitality too – Tim and I were warmly welcomed in the respective family homes of both Terri and Bobby on the morning of their wedding and invited to eat. Worry not, we captured plenty of wonderful moments of this warm and caring couple between bites of food. The coming together of two cultures meant two, yes, two ceremonies in one day – Catholic and then Orthodox, both in beautiful yet distinctively different churches. Between the going ons of the morning (with a huge family gathering at Terri’s which culminated with Bobby stopping by to greet her family before the first ceremony); the two wedding ceremonies themselves; the portraits; a sumptuous (and I do not write that lightly) cocktail buffet and dinner, the whole day was impressively on schedule. And I love that Terri and Bobby are as caring as they are organized, they took the time to speak to pretty much each of their hundreds of guests throughout the night between dancing and partying it up. Congratulations Terri and Bobby – you make a beautiful couple. Our favorite images from the day are below:
