“How would you like to shoot a wedding in lovely, historic Brockville?” was the question that came to us through our friend Sima, who was asking on behalf of Caroline and James. Neither Tim nor I had ever been to Brockville, although it was always etched in our mind as a milestone on the way to Toronto along the 401. Upon arriving on the big day though, we did find Brockville to be a charming pleasant waterfront town, and a pretty backdrop for James and Caroline’s wedding. Their Catholic wedding ceremony took place in the beautiful St. Francis Xavier church, followed by a photo session on the grounds of a historic house and on a waterfront park. Dinner, dancing and overall revelry took place at the Brockville Country Club. With Caroline and James having recently returned to Canada after being abroad for a few years, it was day full of emotion and joy.
