We met Dan and Berenice last year and had such a blast at their engagement session. Berenice is the chattier one while is Dan quieter (hmmm….sounds like another couple I know!) but together, these two gentle souls are clearly so smitten with each other, something that we could see so tangibly in their engagement pictures. Their wedding ceremony was held at the chapel on beautiful Loyola Campus, which is in our neck of the woods – and also a stone’s throw from Dan’s place. Literally. The groom’s side all walked over to the ceremony – can you get more green/eco-friendly than that? In a traditional ceremony, but with very emotional moments, Berenice and Dan exchanged their vows in front of their close family and friends who clearly adore them. I found myself getting a little misty eyed during the vows – the simple honesty of genuine love is incredibly, incredibly beautiful. Its why Tim and I just love what we do!
Their reception was held at Manoir Rouville-Campbell out in St-Hilaire, a gorgeous lakeside venue at which all their guests could enjoy a perfect summer’s evening. The hilarious and poignant speeches given allowed Tim and I to walk away that night knowing Dan and Berenice just a little bit better. Their families were just awesome to be around and the dancefloor full as soon as the lights went down and the music turned up. Here are some of our favorite images from their big day:
Dan’s brother and best man lost a tooth the day before the wedding (its a long story) and everyone found it hilarious:
I just love the bubble action going on this picture:
The bridesmaids all looking utterly fab in different colored dresses:
