Vinyl records, graphic novels and locally made ice-cream. Somehow we covered all that ground in our shoot with Rebecca and Omar as well as hanging out in one of the more interesting (and also one of my favorite) neighbourhoods in Montreal. We started off the shoot with these two hip cuties on the rooftop of their building (a brave feat as we were being blown about by what felt like hurricane force winds), hung for a bit in their lovely home while sampling some music from Omar’s collection of records. We then hit the street visit their favorite bookstore, Drawn and Quaterly (with its eclectic selection of books and graphic novels), pop by the Premiere Moisson bakery (nothing beats breathing in the aroma of fresh bread on a chilly day) and finally making a pit stop at our favoritest ice cream store in the world (speaking for me and Tim, anyway) Bilboquet. Did I mention that we were in one of my favorite neighbourhoods in the city yet? Check out some of our favorite shots with Rebecca and Omar:
