There’s something about Heather and Steve that puts you right at ease when you’re around them, kind of like talking to old friends. Tim and I have been lucky to see them multiple times in the past few months, their engagement shoot included. It was pretty funny actually – we’d be walking down the street and having such a great conversation that I almost felt bad for interrupting it to say, “so…for this next shot…” like we had to get back to business! We had talked about shooting in Old Montreal and Tim and I suggested shooting in a quieter section, which was quite fortuitous – we were right near the Hotel St-Paul where Heather and Steve had first met – at her brother’s wedding. Isn’t life just lovely like that?
