“Would you guys like some cheesecake?”
You’ve got to love any engagement shoot that begins with the offer of food. Having just met Flora and Yvan in person 5 minutes prior at their home in Ottawa, Tim and I found ourselves seated in their ultra mod kitchen, chowing down on some homemade cheesecake and giving Yvan some advice on his choice of necktie for the shoot. Needless to say, we hit things off with them right off the bat and spent the shoot laughing and exchanging random facts (like, did you know that the War Museum has Morse Code integrated onto its exterior walls?). Flora and Yvan were fun and easy to shoot and we are so excited to shoot their wedding next month! Here are a few of our favorite shots:
