I had fond memories of Alli and Al’s wedding that we photographed earlier this summer. Alli is a dear, longtime friend of ours who we get to see , and we had met Al for the first time just before the wedding. Not only are they a great match but they’re just hilarious together, sharing a similar goofy sense of humor. For their wedding, with friends scattered all across the country and family spread out across the globe; they wanted to spend more than just a few passing hours with their loved ones at a wedding reception. So….what better way to get everyone together and enjoy a vacation that cruising off into the Western Caribbean than on the world’s biggest cruise ship, the Oasis of the Seas? Despite the massive scale of the boat with its thousands of passengers, they had an intimate ceremony on a private strip of beach in Jamaica followed by a private reception back on the ship.
