Call me sentimental but I still get just a little misty-eyed at weddings. I love hearing speeches that tell me a little more about the special people we spend the day capturing, I listen actively as I click the shutter on my camera as vows are exchanged, I smile when I see the groom’s eyes well up when his gorgeous bride walks down the aisle. I can’t help but blurt out with completely honesty how beautiful the bride looks when her bridesmaids finish helping her with her dress and step away, week after week; because she really is. We had such a great time photographing Jamie and Nathalie’s wedding, we found ourselves laughing a lot at the stories being told throughout the and thoroughly enjoying the party even as we were busy shooting away all the moments unfolding in front of us.
