On the day we scheduled Brian and Liz’s engagement shoot, in the span of an hour there was torrential rain, and then hail, then snow and then flashes of sun, and then rain again. And so it goes for Montreal weather in the fall: totally unpredictable, but then there we are also given moments of sheer beauty.
Leading up to the day, we didn’t know if the shoot would happen and if it weren’t for the craziness of Lizzie’s doctor schedule we may have probably postponed. Thankfully we went ahead, because the two hours we spent up in Parc Jean Drapeau were maybe two of the most beautiful hours of the year. And by the time the fall foliage returns next year, these two lovebirds will be married!
